Communication problem with the control board — he was able to remote in to a different board and get it all loaded and working. Being in the States, I know that meant he was doing it at 2 AM where he was. Really went above and beyond to help get us going.
El soporte técnico ha sido una maravilla. George, persona amable y muy profesional.
"The technical support has been wonderful. George is a kind and very professional person."
I need to thank you again for all the help. I look forward to getting this machine running and am grateful to have crossed paths with you.
MultiCam (USA) CNC Systems — Specialist Support
Specialist remote troubleshooting for MultiCam (USA) CNC cutting systems — routers, waterjet, plasma and laser. Built on 35 years of MultiCam field experience. I connect to your machine directly, read the controller and pinpoint the fault — no waiting for a site visit.
MULTICAM (USA) · ROUTERS · WATERJET · PLASMA · LASER
Secure card payment · US$120 first hour · billed worldwide
Beyond the first hour: US$150 an hour in 15-minute blocks, and never more than four further hours before we stop and re-quote.
Pay the first hour and your session is booked. You’ll be asked for your machine’s serial number so I can pull its build history before we ever speak. Not ready to book? Ask first — it’s free: a quote, a question about a fault, or a part, and I’ll come back to you in writing.
You’ll be sent to a short assessment form — about ten minutes in your browser. Your machine, what the fault is doing, anything that happened before it started, and three photos from your phone. Nothing technical: no readings to take, no settings to find. That’s my job once we’re connected.
I connect to the machine’s PC using our own remote-support system — provided by us, nothing for you to install or licence — and read the controller, its parameters and its fault history directly. Where hands are needed at the machine, I’ll walk your operator through it step by step. Afterwards you get it in writing: the fault, the cause, what was done and anything still outstanding.
All prices in US dollars. Australian clients are invoiced in AUD (incl. GST) — please enquire. Full terms of service.
Please note: this is a dedicated MultiCam (USA) support service. I don’t take on other machine brands — it’s how I keep the MultiCam expertise sharp.
Secure card payment via Stripe. The moment it’s through, your session is booked and I’ll come back to you in writing — usually the same day.
Pay first hour — US$120Card · Apple Pay · Australian customers can also pay by bank transfer — just ask.
Beyond the first hour: US$150 an hour in 15-minute blocks, and never more than four further hours before we stop and re-quote.
Australian client? You’ll be invoiced in AUD including GST — just get in touch and I’ll sort it.
Need a quote for work, an answer about a fault, or a part? Tell me the machine and what you need. No payment, no obligation — I reply in writing, usually the same day.
Ask a question or get a quote
Pay the first hour, fill in the assessment form, and I start on your machine’s record straight away. You get the first analysis in writing, usually the same day. Best for owners anywhere in the world with a fault to fix.
No charge and no obligation. Tell me the machine and what you need and I reply in writing. If it turns into a job you choose how to proceed; nothing is charged until you do.
For a fixed-price job, a purchase order, or work invoiced in Australian dollars: I send a written quote and a one-page Service Engagement Authorisation. You sign it (or pay from it) and the job starts. Australian clients are invoiced in AUD including GST; dealers have their own lane.
Whichever way you come in, the work is the same: written, direct, and recorded against your machine’s serial number so the next person to touch it starts from the record, not from scratch.
Direct access to a working MultiCam specialist — not a call centre, not a script.
